I'm working on arranging transportation for the YW for camp but a few parents are wondering about the times we are to meet at camp on Tuesday and when we will be leaving Saturday (to know if they'll be able to swing it). Please let me know.

I'm thinking that we can have girls arrive at camp between 7:30 and 8:00am. We can plan to take the next couple of hours to get camp set up and everyone where they are supposed to be. We want to make sure that the girls bring sack lunches for lunch that day.
As far as Saturday, we will do what we have done in the past. The stake will provide breakfast. We will have flag, present awards, break camp, and go home when each area is done packing up. Hopefully, that will all happen by about 11:00.
